It's been observed that full-on doses reduce anxiety for weeks or months after the session, which I imagine is more of a pharmacological effect (lowered dopamine levels?) rather than a psychological one. I wonder if this could be achieved with regular micro-doses, like those used for adaptogenic effects? Any info would be appreciated.
