Let's say healthy weight, no diabetes, heart disease, still young, etc, etc.
While I'm no triathlete, I eat healthy, exercise, only chronic health problems are mild allergies and asthma. Is there anything about taking ibo to be concerned about?
Also, since ibo makes it hard to coordinate limbs- what about going to the bathroom? I generally fast for 6 hours before taking anything, but maybe make it a full day or two?
Thanks for any help.
